Request Account Deletion

Users of Parkify, provided by CodeSpace AJCL (Private) Limited, can request permanent deletion of their account and the personal data associated with it.

Delete your account in the Parkify app

If you can access your Parkify account, you can permanently delete it yourself from the app settings.

  1. Log in

    Open Parkify and sign in to the account you want to delete.

  2. Open the menu

    Open the navigation drawer located on the left side.

  3. Go to Settings

    Select Settings from the navigation menu.

  4. Select Delete Account

    In Settings, select Delete Account.

  5. Confirm deletion

    Review the warning and follow the on-screen confirmation steps.

Cannot log in or access the app? Use the email request option below. You do not need to reinstall the app.
